| Servicing your fitness equipment |
| In our experience we believe that preventative-maintenance servicing is the most beneficial method of keeping your machines in good working order. Having your machines serviced regularly keeps them running far longer and minimises machine down-time because our engineers can identify problems before they occur. This helps cut down on breakdown call outs and therefore saves you money. Whether you're after a service contract or a one-off service we can quote for your individual needs. |
| Service contracts With a service contract your machines are normally serviced twice a year but some of our customers have a service once a month. We can tailor the amount of services depending on your needs. Contract customers also receive a discounted breakdown call-out and labour rate, parts discounts are also available for contract customers. |
| One-Off Services This is exactly as it sounds: we service your equipment once. Any additional breakdown work will be charged at the standard rate. |
| Arranging for a service quote To enable us to provide you with a service quote please send us a full equipment list (makes and models, quantities of each) by fax or email, details of which can be found on the contacts page. |
| PAT Testing Service |
| As qualified PAT Testers, we can test mains-powered fitness equipment as part of our standard service contract or one-off service if requested by our customers. We will supply you with a log book containing the records for all machines tested and dates of the tests, each machine also gets a unique ID number. If you would like us to PAT test your equipment as part of a service contract then please contact us. |
