Breakdown Cover for Your Fitness Equipment

Whether you have a service contract with us or not we can offer comprehensive emergency breakdown cover for all makes and models of Cardio-Vascular and Resistance machines.

If you would like to request a breakdown call-out or would like some more information about pricing then please email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

For Service Contract customers we endeavour to attend all call-outs within 48hrs.

Call-Out for Non-Contract customers is 72-96hrs.

Bespoke Cable Making:
We have the advantage of being able to make bespoke cables on-site for all types of strength machines; this drastically reduces machine down-time and normally guarantees that the machine will be fixed on the first visit. We can also replace all cables on your Resistance machines (at a discounted rate) during a Service if requested.

Cable/Swaging Press

We carry two types of Cable/Swaging Press and a large selection of cable-end fittings which enables us to make up any type of cable.

There are three different sizes of cables used on Strength Machines and we can make all of them using the Presses above.

3mm Diameter 7 x 19 Galvanised Wire Rope.
Covered with plasticised clear nylon to 4mm overall diameter. As used on the majority of home use Multi Gyms. MBL: 540Kgs (1190lbs)

4mm Diameter 7 x 19 Galvanised Wire Rope
Covered with plasticised clear nylon to 5mm overall diameter. As used on the majority of commercial resistance machines. MBL: 960Kgs (2116lbs)

5mm Diameter 7 x 19 Galvanised Wire Rope
Covered with plasticised clear nylon to 6mm overall diameter. As used on most Technogym, Guardian and Life Fitness resistance machines. MBL 1500Kgs (3306lbs)
