3 inch (80mm) Nylon Pulley Wheel used on resistance machines.
Width Inner Hub (ID): 19mm wide
Dimensions Centre Hole: 10.5mm wide
Groove Depth: Suitable for Wire Cable or Rope from 3mm to 7mm

These pulleys come with plastic spacers on either side of the bearings, if your pulley is going through the frame then these can be removed and the original manufacturer spacers can be used.
